The Fat Burners Appetite Suppresants PART 2

By Sacha Tarkovsky In continuation of Part 1 of this article, we are examining the available food supplements that have the properties of being fat burners, appetite suppressants, and energy boosters. So, here are some more for you to consider to lose weight fast! Tea (Green Tea) Green tea is the same as black tea, only their method of preparation differs. Black tea was prepared for long storage without fear of spoiling. Green tea is basically fresh, and must be consumed not only after harvesting. Green tea, when brewed, releases two important chemicals groups; polyphenols and catchins. The effect of these two chemical groups is that they stimulate the production of norepinephrine in the body, which in turn signals to the body to give off energy from stored fat, and also increase energy (muscle) levels. Hoodia Gordonii Featured in the press now for a few years, Hoodia Gordonii is the famous plant eaten by the bushmen of South Africa to suppress their hunger when food is sparce. It seems something in the plants chemistry acts on the apostat (our inner switch that tells us to stop eating). This is something the bushmen always knew, and now Hoodia Gordonii is becoming a must for people with obesity. 5-Hydroxytrytophan (5-HTP) From the basic protein tryptophan, 5-HTP becomes serotonin when present in the brain. Serotonin is the neurotranmitter associated with a feeling of well-being. This same feeling of well-being extended to when the tested subjects were eating, and felt satisfied much earlier than those subjected tested without 5-HTP. As it is a mood enhancer, 5-HTP is also considered an anti-depressant. Pyruvate Pyruvate is a natural chemical that is the final result of glucose metabolism. In the body, pyruvate is directly linked with both appetite suppression and weight loss. As an added plus, pyruvate seems to be an energy booster as well. It appears that adding pyruvate to your dietary intake will aid the body to reduce it storage of fat, while giving you some extra endurance as well. Taurine Taurine naturally occurs in liver bile, and is also called 2-aminothanesulfonic acid. Its job is to emulsify fat, and also to aid in the fats absorption. It also has a great deal to do with metabolism. Aging decreases the amount of Taurine we naturally produce, so its basic job (as a precursor to epinephrine which is responsible for glycogen breakdown) is not able to be done, and we often store fat instead of using it. Vinopocetine Made from the periwinkle plant, vinoprocetine is a smooth muscle relaxant, and thus eventually will result in better blood circulation. This combination of more blood to the muscles will give greater energy to burn calories and fat. Vitamin B Complex The well-known mix of the B vitamins need no particular explanation, however, if you are not getting enough of them, your ability to properly metabolize fats (and proteins) will be diminished. So if you are interested in burning fats, you will need to also be sure you have enough of the B complex vitamins in your diet. Whey Whey protein (from milk) is a very high quality protein. Whey protein is known to stimulate the production of two hormones that suppress appetite; glucagon-like peptide-1 and cholecystokinin (CCK). The effect is rather dramatic, you are just not hungry after drinking something made from whey protein. Furthermore, as whey protein is very rich in leucine, its power to stimulant fat loss is unquestioned. A note of caution: There are many choices of supplements on todays market, including those we have mentioned above. If you are on any medication, or have any doubt as to what is appropriate or not to you situation, please consult with your doctor before beginning your supplement program. Trade Show Exhibit Displays

By Steve Valentino The company’s objectives, budget, and corporate branding determine the choice of a trade show exhibit display. The basic purpose of a trade show exhibit display is to attract attention, provoke the attendee to ask questions and create impressions that last. There are different display options available in the market today. Some common types of displays available in today are Pop Ups, panel displays, modular exhibits, truss systems, and custom exhibits. Pop ups are the most popular display option for 10X10 spaces. An ordinary pop-up can be converted into an outstanding display with accessories like shelving, counters, literature displays and many others. Panel displays are a sensible alternative to pop-ups. They can provide a more sophisticated look than a pop-up. Panel displays are generally stronger, and hold more weight than pop-ups. They work well when you have heavier products to display, or a number of computer monitors. Modular exhibits, on the other hand, provide a custom-built look and make use of expensive material. They too hold more weight, and can also be used to hold large LCD panels or plasma screens. They can be used for mounting lighting, projectors, and plasma screens or LCD panels. Truss systems are often used in combination with other display structures like pop-ups and panel displays. Custom exhibits are the best trade show exhibits. These create a wider impact on the audience. These displays are tailor-made to meet the specific image that a company requires. But keeping in mind the high costs of designing, construction, installation and dismantling (I&D), and shipping, these exhibits are suitable for companies having a higher-end budget like $40,000 or more. The dividends in a custom exhibit can be huge, since they instantly set you in a class way above your competitors. Choosing the right tradeshow displays gives businesses an effective tool for communication. Client Attraction Technique #1: Niche Marketing

By Andrew Ludlam When asked “what business are you in” many business owners often identify an industry, for example, “I’m an accountant” or “I run a beauty salon ” or “I own a restaurant.” But claiming to be part of an industry is not what attracts customers. Customers come to you because you offer a specialty. For example, which advert are you mostly likely to respond to: Advert 1: Established since 1985, you can be assured of a great service. Advert 2: “Experts for all small to medium sized businesses Advert 3: “We specialize in new start-ups The chances are youd be more likely to call the company who placed Advert 3 Why? Because they tell you exactly what they do best. They specialize, they fill a niche! So, if you were a start-up company you would be looking for a firm of accountants that provides this specific service to fill your immediate need. In fact most companies, whether big or small, direct their marketing to select niche audiences. Even the country’s largest manufacturers target specific market segments to maximize the effectiveness of their programs and often market different niches for each product group. Niche marketing can be extremely cost-effective. By targeting a specific niche, your marketing budget can go a lot further. As opposed to mass (general marketing), your marketing efforts will be high impact and targeted: people who have a specific interest or need can usually be found in the same places. What You Should Know About A Medical Billing Specialist

By Mike Nielsen Whether you are a person who is thinking about becoming a medical billing specialist or a company looking for a medical billing specialist, then this article is for you. There are several things that you should be aware of in the medical billing industry and I will walk you through them so that you will have the background information that you need to help you make a decision that will best suit your needs. We will first take a look at what it takes to become a medical billing specialist, and then we will also explore the alternatives to hiring a medical billing specialist. What is a Medical Billing Specialist? A medical billing specialist is someone who works with a medical office and is in charge of the companys medical billing. If you desire to be a medical billing specialist then accuracy and attention to detail is a must as you will most likely be in charge of claims processing, charge entry, and billing and collections. However, most medical offices will hire someone to do more than just be in charge of medical collections. They will want someone to be more of a medical assistant as well. Job duties will then expand to include things like: Accounts payable, payroll and banking tasks Prepare and maintain patient charts Schedule appointments Receive and make phone calls Perform insurance verification, pre-authorize and referral duties How do I become a Medical Billing Specialist? Most businesses will require you to either have several years of experience working as a medical assistant or some kind of advanced certification as a medical assistant. There are several programs out there to help train and educate you to become a medical billing specialist. By doing a Google search for medical billing specialist you should be presented with a lot of options to help guide you to becoming a certified medical billing specialist. There are programs that you can complete online and at your own pace. Others require you to attend some classes for a couple of semesters. In my search I found many of the programs to cost around $1000 but some were as much as $6500. Is it worth it to become a medical billing specialist? The medical industry is experiencing a tremendous demand for individuals knowledgeable in medical office operations. Medical billing specialists are one of the fastest growing professions and are currently a very high demand job. According to the American Medical Association, there are over 1.2 million Medical Specialists in the United States. If you are interested in this kind of profession, it would be to your advantage to learn more about it. What about outsourcing? Because of the time and meticulous accuracy that medical billing requires, there are some companies that only specialize in being a medical billing specialist. Medical offices outsource all of their medical billing practices out to these companies rather than hiring an in-house specialist to manage their medical billing needs. Is there software that can do everything a Medical Billing Specialist can do? There is yet another solution to managing your medical billing needs. Companies such as AdvancedMD provide a software solution to be your medical billing specialist. An advantage for a medical office to go this route might be that it will be cheaper in the long run to have software to manage all of their billing needs. Also the electronic medical billing specialist will be less prone to errors unless they are due to a human entry error. As you can see there are many solutions to help you to better manage your medical office. There are advantages in every category; it just depends on what will be the best fit your office. If you are thinking about becoming a medical billing specialist, I feel that it is worth looking into as it is a very high demand job. However, you should be aware that with alternatives out there, like outsourcing and medical billing software, you might have a little competition. How I Came Back From Ten Years Of Anxiety And Panic To Fully Recover

By Paul David In my quest to help others, I now try and reach as many people as possible to give them the answers they so crave. I have been asked many questions from people who suffer from all forms of anxiety and panic over the years and below I list the more common ones. Q.1 I feel so strange and out of touch with the world around me. Am I going mad? No, you are definitely not. You may feel as if you are, but this is just another offshoot of anxiety. Anxiety is not a mental illness. These feelings cannot harm you and there is nothing to worry about. This feeling of strangeness has a totally logical explanation. It comes from the constant worrying about how you feel as you search your mind for answers to your condition. Your mind has become tired and less resilient through watching yourself and worrying about your symptoms, day in, day out. It has been bombarded with worrying thoughts and becomes fatigued. Just as our limbs can tire, so can our mind. It craves a rest from all this introspection of oneself. In fact these feelings of unreality are your body’s way of protecting you from the onslaught of worrying thoughts. Your mind has a safety mechanism that protects against all this, causing us to feel strange and not with it. It is crying out to be left alone and just like a broken arm will heal itself so will your body, you just have to step out of the way and let it. The main thing is not to dwell on how you feel. These feelings are temporary. Constantly worrying about ourselves and how we feel is the very thing that keeps this feeling alive and when we learn how to stop the habit, it will disappear. Once we are able to change the pattern of our worrying thoughts, we can reverse these feelings of strangeness. You are bound to worry if you don’t know why you feel like you do. That is why again ‘understanding’ is the key. This is one of the questions I have been asked more than any other. I go into more detail in my book as I know that it is a symptom that needs special attention. I found this feeling of detachment very hard to accept and understand myself, but when it was explained to me in full, I was able to rid myself of this disturbing symptom. Q.2 Why do I feel better in certain situations and not in others? This is a very common one and it all comes down to how you think in other situations. For example, you may feel better in the safety of your own home rather than at a family gathering. There is no difference in both of these situations, the only difference is in the way you think. You are the same person and it is not the situation that makes you feel worse it is your thought pattern. You may spend the day worrying about going to a particular function, setting your body up to be anxious on arrival and then blame it on the situation you are in rather than the thought pattern you have created during the day while at home. You may get there and then also worry about making a fool of yourself, spending the whole time tensing against how you feel and creating more anxiety. Do you see how we do this to ourselves? It is not the situation, but our perception of the situation that causes us to feel worse in certain situations. You are merely doing it to yourself with your thoughts. You must just accept how you feel wherever you are and in whatever situation you find yourself deal with yourself and not the place. Sometimes a place may hold certain memories of failure, which makes us feel anxious, but this soon passes when we learn to accept how If you truly accept how you feel in every situation and stop all the “What if’s” and other negative thoughts that just increase anxiety, you will find that although you may feel uncomfortable at times, nothing bad is going to happen to you, and in time your reactions lessen until you feel more able to cope, day by day. Anxiety loves avoidance, so take it’s power away and move forward and embrace these feelings of fear, even if you’re in a situation where you feel you have failed in the past. Avoiding symptoms just does not work, as you must realise by now. I was taught to let all feelings be there, not to avoid them but to go through them. This worked for me, I had faced the demons head on and realised this was the only way to stop fearing them. I ignored my body’s instinct to avoid and started to embrace how I felt, I moved towards the feelings of fear. Eventually, I started to understand my condition so much more. I went from not been able to even mention or hear the word anxiety, to barely giving it a second thought. I mention the word ‘understanding’ again, because this is the key to recovery. How can you not fear something you don’t understand! How can you accept something that still scares you? Q.3 Will these feelings ever go away? Yes, they will, once you understand why you feel like you do. You can unmask the fears you hold about anxiety. There are so many myths about anxiety that it worries me just how many people are mis-informed and truly believe they will never get better, and that they will just have to live with this condition. Too many people spend years like I did, searching for that elusive miracle cure that just does not exist. Understanding anxiety takes away so much fear out of how we feel. Every stage and symptom has a logical explanation that can be explained. With less fear and more understanding, we also calm the constant worrying it is the lack of information on the subject that keeps the worry cycle going. Constant worrying that we will never get better also adds to the belief that we will just have to live with it. Once we start to understand anxiety and use the tools we have learnt to cope with how we feel, the change can be dramatic. In my recovery, I found that the more knowledge I had and the more I understood my condition the easier it was to accept how I felt. I started to lose fear of my symptoms and how I felt. Eventually they began to hold less power over me and I started to pay them less respect. Like I once said to someone, “Your symptoms hate to be ignored”. It is your desperation to rid yourself of how you feel that keeps your anxiety alive. The stress you put on yourself day in day out, the constant worrying and thinking about your condition, puts a tremendous pressure on your body. Is it any wonder you stay anxious? It’s time to stop beating yourself up about how you feel and give your body the rest it craves. Knowledge is power. The less you fear your symptoms, the less they mean. This also stops the worry cycle you may find yourself in, which is the very thing that keeps anxiety going. You are bound to worry if you don’t know what is wrong with you, that is why you need an explanation to help break this cycle. Q.4 Why do I find it so hard in social situations? I find it so hard to communicate with people. How can we expect to feel part of this world when all we do is worry about ourselves. Is it any wonder we find it difficult to follow a conversation when all we are concerned about is ourselves and how we feel. It is like being two separate people, one trying to hold a conversation, the other watching our body’s reaction. Is it any wonder we struggle to fit in to the world around us? Once we find the courage to accept how we feel, even embrace these feelings, we find it easier to follow what the other person is saying. We become less concerned about how we feel which gives us more time to be interested in the situation we are in and become more involved in the present. Q.5 Why do I seem to have so many bad thoughts running around all day? The reason you seem to have your attention on yourself all day and it feels like there are hundreds of thoughts running through your mind is because of all your confusion about how you feel. You go round in your mind all day long, looking for answers, trying to find a way out of this hell. Some people may even stay up all night reflecting on the whole day, trying to figure it all out. Mostly these are negative or worrying thoughts and that’s why they seem to come automatically and with so much force. When you are in an anxious state, emotions seem to be ten-fold. Everything magnifies, a little problem becomes massive, and something that you could dismiss when you were healthy, sticks around all day. Eventually thinking just becomes automatic it becomes a habit. All day, every day, these thoughts seem to come before you even think them. Looking at it from another angle, when people meditate, they stop thinking for hours on end until it becomes a habit and they can go all day without a worrying thought. That is why they feel so refreshed. Not you, your thoughts just carry on and on and when your mind is tired, like it is now, it grasps hold of every thought, pulls them in and they seem to stick. Don’t worry that thoughts come so often and seem so bad. These thoughts are not real, they are just exaggerated thoughts due to your overactive, fatigued mind. They hold no danger to you at all they are just THOUGHTS and nothing else. Dont ever think, “I must not think that”. Let all thoughts come, do not run away from any of them. See them for what they are - thoughts - exaggerated because of the way you feel. They can do you no harm and they mean nothing. They wont be around when you recover, so pay them no respect. Why not try following a negative/scary thought through and ask yourself, “Whats the worst thing that could happen?” Ask yourself, “Is it really going to happen? Is this thought rational in any way?” If you do this, you may find an answer to a thought you have been so frightened of. So the next time you can see them for what they are and let them go, and deep down inside of you there is a place where you can see thoughts for what they are, you will realize they just come from habit and are just not important. Paul David has been helping people understand and recover from anxiety and panic for many years now. He wrote a book on the subject and also has is own website at http://www.anxietynomore.co.uk Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Paul_David http://EzineArticles.com/?How-I-Came-Back-From-Ten-Years-Of-Anxiety-And-Panic-To-Fully-Recover&id=192844 cheap phentermine 37.5 buy phentermine site phentermine & no prescription diet pills with phentermine

The Healing Arts: Head, Hands and Heart: Part Two, The Path To the Heart

By Russ Reina Fast forward thirteen years. I had shifted away from allopathic orientation into alternative and Spiritual forms of healing, as I supported myself in marketing while working on a book and a screenplay seeking to articulate my experiences as a medic. A central question continued to live inside of me: How could a person experience the heart of healing without having to go through what Ive gone through? If I could access this, then anyone could. Life is a journey of the unexpected and in the next few years I found myself working in improvisational and stand-up comedy, ultimately devoting nearly three years of intensive study to the Meisner Technique, a seminal approach to modern American acting. I was drawn into the class out of respect for my friend and teacher, Jose Angel Santana. Hed studied with Sanford Meisner at the Neighborhood Playhouse, in New York City. I never really wanted to be an actor. Rather, I developed an attraction to the discipline in it that helped me be fully present and alive, moment to moment. The course helped me learn to do truthfully under imaginary circumstances. Those moment to moment choices were largely by-products of intuition, developed and strengthened by the sequential exercises of the Meisner Technique. Next step: I found my way to the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, working with a Lakota Medicine Family there and gazing out beyond the edge of the prairie. It was there that I was taught to see the world through the eyes of the heart. In 1998, I attended an event called Network for a New Culture Summer Camp, a twelve day Experiment in Intimacy and Community outside of Portland. There, one of the featured speakers (along with Bruce Lipton, a Cellular Biologist, and Patch Adams, M.D.) was Joseph Chilton Pearce, a well-respected researcher and author of The Magical Child, The Crack in the Cosmic Egg, and Evolutions End. He had been compiling information from scientific studies on the heart. Here is a Cooks Tour of some of what he reported over the four days he spent with us: In early embryonic development, a clump of cells (requiring the electromagnetic field of the mother for activation) begins pulsating. After time passes, two streams of these cells migrate from the central clump to a more peripheral area of the fetus. There, they begin to coalesce into an organel. These cellsboth the ones that initially began pulsating, and the ones that stream to the peripheryare called Atrial-Neural cells. That means each one can function as either a heart or brain cell. Further studies have found that the central clump of cells, the one that eventually develops into the heart, also has much to do with directing the formation of the rest of the developing embryo. What this said to me was that the heart is truly the center of our being. Essentially, our brain comes from IT. Beyond that, Dr. Pearce reported that about 65% of the cells of the heart (in the adult!) are neurons. A neuron is the basic cellular unit of the nervous system both the central (brain and spinal cord) and the peripheral (nerve) system. This relatively small piece of information rocked my world. Here was scientific evidence that my sense experiences as a medic, backed by years in alternative approaches and working with the Lakota Medicine Family, were correct. Indeed, there were times when my actions were the result of utilizing the brain in my heart. And it had happened enough for me to suspect that I could enter that state of being at will. Acting Exercises & Heart Mind Ive been exploring and experimenting with this concept since 1998. I have tested it against my past experience in the back of an ambulance, and on the Pine Ridge Reservation. I have used it working in deep process work with others in my community, and also in personal counseling sessions using a form of muscle-testing I call Heartjourney. I realized that some of the acting and improvisation games and exercises, while originally designed to strengthen your ability to choose to be intimately and honestly in the moment, are virtually custom-made to help you access a heart-directed consciousness as well. Indeed, shifting your consciousness to your heart, and perceiving the world through itat willis attainable. It just takes practice. When you do so, much more comes in to you and much more moves out through you than occurs under brain power alone. Heres a fifteen minute exercise that will help you see for yourself. Find a quiet space and time. Sit, or lie down. Breathe. Just breathe for a while. If a thought or an image or a word comes in, just let it go. Dont hold on to it or resist it, just let it pass through you. Breathe. Breathe for a while, and when you feel ready, shift your attention to your heart as you breathe. You may experience this as feeling your heart beating in your chest, feeling your blood pulsing through you, or, perhaps as a feeling of expansiveness in your chest. Once you know youre there, keep breathing into your heart for a bit longer. Now, while continuing to breathe and keeping your awareness on your heart, pick up a decent-sized hand mirror. Creating Better Fishing Photos

By Bill Rivers A picture is worth a thousand words, so why not capture the fishing trip of a lifetime or that trophy catch on film? Heres how to assure that your fish tales are fully documented and fishing memories always close at hand. Be prepared. Have camera, film, flash and batteries with you at all times. Make sure that your fishing buddy knows how to use the camera, too. Practice on shore before you land the big one! Always use a flash to eliminate shadows and intensify colour and contrast. Some cameras have a fill flash setting, find out if that includes your camera. Shoot with the sun at your back, turning the boat if necessary. Zoom in as close as possible, eliminating most background. Take photos with both horizontal and vertical orientations. This makes for better choice in how you use the pictures including scrapbooks. Remove / exclude distracting items e.g. beverage cans, sunglasses, etc. Keep the horizon level and include some background other than water. Photograph special catches and the fishing action as it plays out. Take the photos immediately. Do not keep fish in a livewell or on a stringer. Avoid stringer shots and photos where the angler is holding the fish closer to the camera (distorting its actual size). Avoid bloody fish photos. Give the fish a quick rinse just before shooting. This will improve colour and add some shimmer to the fish. Leave the lure in the fishs mouth (but not live bait). Take live release photos at boatside. Consider getting an inexpensive digital camera, just in case it ends up in the water. Using a digital camera? Make sure it is 3 megapixels or better. If you are going on a multi-day trip remember to take extra batteries. If you are using a digital camera it is a good idea to have two or more memory cards. Swap memory cards at the end of each day so that at least one card is on dry land at all times. This ensures you always have some pictures of your trip regardless of what happens to the camera out on the water. Record the length / weight / date / lake on the back of the photo. Some digital cameras have a video or audio option. You can use this to record this information and transcribe it later. Kids fishing or doing shore lunch? Take lots of photos. Photos will help you tell the story of your fishing trip. With that in mind remember to take pictures before and after you start fishing. These pictures can be used to bookend your awesome action shots.
